3 Day Quotes Challenge – Day One

I have been nominated by two bloggers for the ‘3 Day Quotes Challenge’  The two bloggers who nominated me are  SyedaFR and Hemangini.  For starters please do check out their blogs as they are both lovely and have some great writing.

Now, I’ve never participated in any kind of challenge before and here are the rules for this one:

#1 Post three consecutive days.
#2 You can pick one or three quotes per day.
#3 Challenge three different bloggers per day.

I’m very new to this, only really been blogging for a couple of months so I’d like to try this challenge but forgive me if I struggle to find nominees.  I don’t know too many blogs yet and am not sure if those bloggers would like to follow the challenge or not, so I’ll leave it up to them.  But it’s a great chance to learn about some new blogs you may not have known about, out there! 🙂  I also hope you guys will forgive the lack of a picture quotes, I’m not sure where or how to get them (but if anyone can tell me where I get them I’ll appreciate it :)).

So here are my 3 quotes for today:

Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world. – Budda

The purpose of our lives is to be happy – Dalai Lama

Life’s challenges are not supposed to paralyze you, they’re supposed to help you discover who you are.-  Bernice Johnson Reagon

I’m finding quotes that actually mean a lot to me and those 3 really do.  I hope you like these quotes too :).

Now, as I said, I don’t know who to challenge but I’ll leave the names and links to 3 random blogs that I enjoy following (in no particular order and please don’t get upset if I didn’t mention you) so I hope you’ll enjoy taking a look at those blogs:

suzanne rogerson fantasy author

A Suffolk Lane

I know some people won’t like to take up the challenge or can’t, that’s fine, no pressure from me at all :).  But whether you do or don’t  you have to agree it’s a great way for me to let you know about some great blogs out there :).

I’ll post more quotes tomorrow! 🙂

  1. Hi sweetheart.. to be true it is not important to have picture quotes. Your post is amazing just like that, you have put it up with such love. But if you want to make some yourself you can do it online, I use photoscape to edit the pictures that i make for my blog. Plus you can find the quote pictures by google images. 🙂

  2. I love your quotes very much. Thank-you so much for mentioning me. I don’t usually take part in any challenges and I never accept awards but I will have a think about this one – I cannot promise to take part though!

      1. I don’t think there are any rules apart from the ones I listed in my post.
        #1 Post three consecutive days.
#2 You can pick one or three quotes per day.
#3 Challenge three different bloggers per day.
I think people put any quotes that they like. In fact I think it makes it more interesting if you can post anything :).
